Accompanying source for our Vis 2008 papers

I have started putting the source code for our Vis 2008 papers online. First on the line is the new version of macet, inspired by the analysis we describe in the paper. The code to generate the figures was already publicly available, but now you will find the actual binary that generates good meshes for Marching Cubes. Over time, I’ll be making slight changes to the codebase, in particular to make it easy to run as a batch processing tool. We were also asked for a separate MC table with the improvements we suggested. This is coming as well.

The code for the histograms paper is next, and VisComplete will be included in a future release of VisTrails. For now, enjoy your nice MC meshes!
