Matching Shapes using the Current Distance

This is the paper I intend to digest for the next few days: Matching Shapes using the Current Distance, by Sarang Joshi, Raj Varma Kommaraju, Jeff Phillips and Suresh Venkatasubramanian. The current distance is where what I wrote about comparing trajectory data is eventually going. Be sure to read this in case you were interested in what I have been blabbering about here (and want to see what is actually interesting about it :).
